For the past 2 weeks Avast has caused network connection issues with VPN

They do absolutely nothing! I paid a year in advance n it toggles off constantly on its own the app has never worked correctly! It stops n won’t scroll! Can’t get in touch will anyone. Like a bunch of kids made a von app n abandoned it n are just riding out the suckers!! Choose elsewhere! This has been a disaster!! I leave it on n I’ll check n it’s toggled off by itself! You never know when you’re protected. Since I hooked up for my email to be monitored? I’ve had warnings that my email address is used on the dark web! So I will be reporting this!!

This app gives me free vpn and no cost, only costs when you want more security.

Terrible Customer Service

This app makes my phone run really hot especially when I’m using safari. Is this because I have the free app? Have not allowed tracking. When I delete this app I have no problem with my phone getting hot when surfing the web or shopping. Other than that I think everything is good

Since Avast renewed my account, I’ve had nothing but problems. VPN is on my cell but it still asks me to turn on-then takes me out to buy premium. My password no longer works and there is no link to update. I’ve not been able to activate on our pc since the renewal. Told on recent call that there is now an additional for their insurance which they were going to auto-deduct.
