Good app but it freezes every time you change apps on the phone

The app supposedly has a feature that allows you to write in custom reasons for failed deliveries, but it simply does not work. It clearly shows them in the system, but the drivers cannot access them. When trying to reach support, I have to wait 15+ minutes between replies, and they are effectively useless as they either don’t fully respond to my questions or just don’t know.

I have been using this app for 2 years and I love almost everything about it. On a Mac device, iPhone or iPad it lags when you open the app however after sharing this find with Android users I see their’s has zero lag when using. When you open the app, route from one location to the next it will hesitate approximately 30 seconds before allowing the user to click “success” then “go” to the next location. It slows me down on my route.

Tried to enter the simplest NY permit ever, aside from staying on 84, and yet it couldn’t program it remotely correct, no matter how much I tried to edit the stops. If I’m on US-9 in Rensselaer NY, and it says to turn left on Broadway in .3 miles, it shouldn’t keep trying to make me drive 2,000 miles to some Broadway in California. Not gonna waste 150/yr if I getting the photo feature to work is a losing battle.
