    I heard good things about this app and thought I would give it a try but it doesn’t work on iOS 18, the certificate won’t show up to trust.

    This app was very helpful in the past but recently they updated the app and after you accept a ride it hides all of the needed details from the screen, which means the app is not helping at all. In most cases it does not show the ride details at all. I will not be renewing the subscription anymore.

  • Mystro app did not meet my expectations and provided a poor experience. Here are the issues:

    1.The Uber app is completely incompatible with Mystro. I’ve updated everything, restarted my phone, but the issue remains unresolved. 2.Switching between apps makes it harder to stay focused on driving. For example, an order from Grubhub goes directly to Grubhub, and since Mystro is open, you end up constantly relying on your phone. You have to keep switching between apps to see the incoming orders. For these reasons, I definitely do not recommend Mystro, and I am requesting a refund.

    It never works properly, has always problems and I make it obligatory to deal with all problems. I am pretty tired of it.

    If I take a Lyft ride when done uber won’t come back online. Pretty useless at that point.

    After updating the new interface, the app does not work properly. I will not renew my subscription unless the old update is available.
