    As a consumer, this app is horrible. Whether it’s the $25 shipping fees, the $15 winter protection add on fees, or the horrible customer service! This app does a great job at making sure I want to delete it quicker than I downloaded it! I received a dead plant from Orange Lake Nursery. Nothing but bot chats from Palm street support. So do not buy plants off this app! Go to WhatNot instead it’s so much cheaper!!

    I received a broke item due to the seller shipping it without anything around it to keep it safe- just threw it in a box. Seller would not give a replacement or refund, and Palmstreet would not do anything about it. Zero customer service. You are buying at your own risk if you use this app.

  • Over saturated with big sellers

    It’s over saturated with big shops & big nurseries. I don’t understand why those kind of companies join and take over these apps, underselling the small-time sellers who are just trying to make it. These companies are making plenty of sales through their own websites/physical stores .. it’s not fair to the rest of us imo. And I wish Palmstreet would do something to stop that from happening… but they won’t , because it puts more money in their own pockets. 🙄

    I absolutely love the palmstreet app. I am on live auctions every single day with some amazing plant sellers and a wonderful community that has been built on this app. I enjoy it so much. I love that we are able to upload our plants to keep track of them, but I wish I could share my collection with my friends on the app! I wish the growing section was visible to others as well as myself.

    There is one for sure! Finding what’s up for auction on the list. Knowing how to maneuver the auction page your on. Where all the little icons go and do. But I think once I get all that figured out it will be a nice place to follow all my favorites

    1. They steal content on IG from creators to use in their ads without their permission or paying them for their content 2. They take almost 11% now from sellers which is asinine 3. As a buyer - trying to order multiple plants from one seller is a freakin headache 4. I won a giveaway back before they changed their name from Plant Story to PalmStreet and never received my item lol. What a joke. Deleted the app after leaving this review - after multiple disappointments I won’t support them or encourage others to either.

    Be prepared… some of the bigger sellers on this app have their people clicks. Some of their giveaways are obviously rigged for their clicks because they pull names out of a bucket off camera. This also include their pull games.. they are done to where you can’t see. It’s always the same people to win. I’ve been on multiple lives trying to purchase items, were they will just ignore comments made in the chat just to offer the item to their groupies. It’s frustrating honestly. If you want to get on an app and not feel included then be my guest, try it out for yourself. I’m really not a fan of how things are run on this app.
