It’s fine. It does most of what I’d like it for. I use it for my tattooing business, to contact clients and such. But it seems to be “buggy” at times. It’s currently not clearing the notification numbers on the app icon. It only registers that messages have been opened if I respond. Many messages I have don’t need a response. I can’t send videos of projects to clients, only pics. Thinking about looking elsewhere for these services.

I love getting notifications from my website this way. It’s easy and quick to respond. Has helped me to reply to potential customers much faster.

I guess GoDaddy no longer supports older phones. It says I need to Update but when I try to do it there’s nothing there to update. So I may need to delete the service. Why pay for something I can’t use just because I’m on a older iOS or phone?

I tried to sign up for a free trial. It literally says right on it free for seven days and then whatever it is for a week or a month. They tried to charge me $33.

This app has been nothing but problems since converting to conversations. Lack of everything. Now my notifications wont go away and just keep adding up on the home screen.

Drops calls every time. Messaging takes forever to refresh when you click the notification to try and read the text message. App also brings up old messages as new notifications despite reading them 100 times. I have this number tied to an advertisement with signage. As soon as that project is finished, I’m cancelling immediately.

GoDaddy’s latest update immediately prohibits clients, using iPhone 10s, from accessing the app’s call log. For a small business coming out of the Covid-19 economic decline, this software update (requiring iOS 17) causes unnecessary stress.

Hate the new resolved/unresolved feature. Please just let us choose the style we want.

Ridiculous customer service while trying to resolve an on-going issue with dropped calls. Zero help whatsoever. I rely on conversations to communicate with my customers. EVERY call gets dropped, not once, multiple times with the same customer. This has been a “known” issue for several months. Still unresolved!!!
