Description

Insecta provides an engaging way to explore the wonderful world of insects. It includes a collection of weird and colorful insects. Each member of the collection features a description, habitat information, and a gallery of photos. You’re able to interact with highly detailed 3D models of each insect and hang out with them in augmented reality. The app’s amazing AR experience enhances users’ learning experience too. Choose from more than twenty insects from the collection and, in the blink of an eye, you’ll find one of those creepy creatures hanging out right by your desk. If your friends don’t believe you, take a picture and send it to them. Access to all insects and future updates with Explorer: The Explorer is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment for Explorer subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription will renew automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the experience I encountered with this application. Despite the initial impression that there was a free lifetime option available, I found myself in a situation where I was unexpectedly charged $21.38 for what was supposed to be a complimentary lifetime subscription. This experience left me feeling scammed and has raised concerns about the app's transparency and business practices. I strongly advise against downloading this app if you want to avoid similar financial pitfalls. It is crucial for businesses to uphold transparency and fairness in their pricing structures to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Scanning feature does not work

Provides useless directions on how to scan a surface, then provides no way to exit the directions
  • Please keep adding more creatures/insects

Please make sure to add more insects. Number of insects at this point is very little, and due to this reason I chose to provide only one star rating (Although it seems two stars rating). Please! My Device: iPhone 14 Pro Max (Latest iOS), iPad Pro 12.9” (3rd Generation, 2018, latest iPadOS) Note: I regularly update my review/rating for this application.

We will not use Insecta and have selected another app because you blatantly insult God the Creator of all things (including bugs 😍) by promoting sin by the misuse of His rainbow- the promise of not wiping out all creation by flood again.

This game replicates certain bugs and tells you facts about them. I bought the Explorer and it allowed me to see/inspect more bugs. The game is amazing, but it needs more bugs! Such a great game but few bugs. Please add more such as the Emperor Scorpion, Hercules Beetle, the Giant Hornet, and the Rhino Beetle. I’ll be very happy to see these bugs in the game in the future.
