Not easy to use, doesn’t seem like you can scan to gain points and you can only order for pick up. So I’m not sure how to gain points

App closed when I tried to place an order with the Verona location- wanted to pick up coffee when I'm out walking my dog. Better get this app working or the Starbucks across will get all the customers who want to order ahead.
Online ordering awful

First of I love grace. Their food is too notch. But the app is awful. The on line ordering does not actually describe the items, or list any ingredients. Also trying to make modifications or additions is impossible

It would be nice if the products on the app matched the products on the store’s menu. Pictures of the menu items and the ingredients would be good to see on the application as well.

This app needs quite a bit of work - it’s constantly glitchy and isn’t a great UX

I initially received some errors signing up but worked on my second try. Overall it was super easy to use and order!

My phone still receives the confirmation code but it will not give me the option to enter due to the above error.
