I loved this app until I ran into an issue. I’ve been trying to reach customer support for weeks now with no answer. Only premium members are able to find help on the website as it is blocked to normal users. Disappointed.

Been using for a couple of years. Great price and fantastic tool for parental control to keep our kid safe.

I’ve recommended this app to a bunch of parents because I do like it overall. But there are a few things that bug me. It only controls internet time—not actual screen time—so my kid can still use the phone more than I intended. It also doesn’t block ads, and some of them are pretty inappropriate. The time tracking’s off too. For example, TikTok showed 1hr use, but it logged 1hr 50min. Some apps don’t get tracked at all but still count toward total time, which makes it confusing. Also, customer support is only for premium users, which isn’t super helpful if you’re on the free plan.

I am completely find with this app cause it do feel that sometimes we need limits on our screen time but Clash Royale doesn’t even work with it and it’s not even my parents fault. This is not the only app that doesn’t work as the are just some apps it blocks even when you dont want it to. Also their so lazy that they have a bot telling you to do something random that probably won’t even work

We set up the routines for our kids tablets and seemingly everytime they try to play game or get on a streaming app they have to ask for permission to do anything regardless of daily routine that is set up. The silver lining is we can still see what they’re getting into but it’s frustrating at times to try to set things up and it doesn’t work at all.

This app has been absolutely terrible and I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. I paid $100 for a year which I regret immensely now. The lag in updates as far as checking what sites your child has been on, monitoring, messaging, and location doesnt show up and is like 3 days behind if it shows up at all. It’s so wonky in the way that the inconsistency doesn’t allow you to make sure that your child staying safe while using their phone.

We have the app for 3 boys with multiple devices and in theory the app works great, but in practice it’s terrible. Apps redownload, blocking and unblocking work…sometimes. Makes me not trust the app at all. Looking for something that works consistently even with less features.

Filters out all sorts of things I didn’t ask it to do, my child hates his iPad now. So unintuitive and difficult to set up as well as to figure out how to uninstall this malware.

Fije un límite de uso diario de 2 horas y la app dejó de controlar el tiempo. Pague 72.99$ por una app que no sirve, exijo la devolución de mi dinero.

I bought this based on the reviews and the ability to work across multiple platforms. But I’ve discovered that it’s not that hard to get around it on a Google Pixel phone and my son is able to be on it far longer than the time I give him, and during that time his activity is not tracked.
