    I’m a personal trainer and I’ve been using this app for two months now and I’ve had a very good success with it. There’s not much I would change with it that I would write in a review other than the icon will not load to Apple Watch face screen. You can find it in the mixture of apps that you have on your watch but you will not be able to move the icon to the home screen if that makes sense. Like I said, it’s not a big deal but if you want to get to it quickly - you have to look for it. Otherwise outstanding app!

    This app has been awesome to keep track of my cardio and make sure I’m pushing myself when I need to. Great for HIIT too to make sure you’re heartbeat slows between bursts of energy. The app is easy to use, allows you to see the amount of time you spend in zones via graph and lights the whole face of your watch in colors depending on the zone you’re in to make it an easy check while working out. Would recommend to anyone looking for a useful training tool to add and take their workout up a notch.

    Very good at tracking, a little inconsistent on how it prints out, especially on the outdoor walk. Once I got a path I took. But have never gotten it again. How did that happen?

    When I started working from home due to COVID, I quickly realized that I was going all day and hardly moving. I started walking most days and then decided to up my game with HIIT walking workouts. I was so happy to find this app to not only help me keep track of my workouts, but to help me track the intensity and watch my heart rate. This app has become an integral part of my routine and has helped me tremendously!

    i love this app for tracking and recording my workouts. the email summaries are amazing to help me keep track of my workouts as well as the in app history. I also really enjoy setting myself goals through the app and being able to try and complete them each day. I have never been so motivated! highly recommend!

    I love the design of this app wayyy better than Zones for Training. So much easier to see on my Apple Watch, which is a godsend when I’m pushing my all and only have time for a quick look. Very impressed 👏🏼
