They have a $99/yr plan which seems more more fairly priced but I absolutely do not get the $7.99/week. That would be $415 a year! Is this a mistake? I understand that lesser termed subscriptions are priced higher but this app is far from being with $7.99 every week.

Your app isn’t consistent with watering. If I water a plant sooner it doesn’t calculate that watering for the next time. And your price increase from 19.99 to 69.99 a year is crazy and not worth it. I’ve used this app for years and this is disappointing. Sometimes it doesn’t even calculate my plants right or keep their calculations as far as water, pot size, etc. I’ll be finding another app to use sadly.

I’m trying to research this app and can’t find a way to get in touch with the developer or any customer service help. I have over 800 plants and want to know if this app will handle that inventory. Others have said yes and the app lags and jumps etc due to the inventory count.

I’ve had this app for years and paid $12 per year. A price hike to $100 is unacceptable. And the fact that I lost access to all my plant data overnight unless I subscribe is also unacceptable. I’ll take my money elsewhere. This app isn’t providing nearly enough services to justify this price hike.

I am trying to cancel, but nowhere in this app doesn’t allow you to cancel. my desert roses dying. I snapped the pictures. I answer all the questions and you tell me I’m not watering it enough. No I’m sorry that’s not it. I have two of them side-by-side. They get it the same. This one’s got a problem. You tell me to water it more no desert Rose operative word there is desert. I’m trying to cancel but nowhere in this app does it allow you to cancel?

Good but not really good

I tried the free trial. Too hard to use.

My mom got this and it only said to water it not any sickness when it was sick and it won’t let you do anything after two days unless you 🙄subscribe or payTHIRTY DOLLARS I really prefer plantchat it will tell you promise

This app was useless

Double billed for one subscription. I like it but I’m not ok with getting double billed and I can’t stop it cause I only have one app. Makes no sense.
