I purchased the app and it never worked. Customer support is useless. Beware, it’s not worth the hassle.

All of my favorite podcasts are on Wondery, so I took the leap and signed up for plus and I’m tempted to just cancel it. The app is so clunky and hardly works! It doesn’t matter where I am when I try to stream, it’s always buffering or just refuses to load at all. I want to support y’all because I love the content but that doesn’t matter if I can’t ever listen!

Some good content but app constantly crashes, episodes won’t download, etc. Truly unacceptable for a paid app and despite dozens of complaints, developer does nothing to resolve these issues I won’t be renewing.

I like the programming. Your app is the WORST I’ve ever used. I’m rating this after trying to get it to do something for AN HOUR and it just won’t work. It’s beyond frustrating. I listened to it fine all day (off & on in short snippets of time), then it decides it’s done. Please fix it. I know you won’t, from reading years old reviews, but I am begging you to pretty please fix it.

My subscription ended end of February. They still take money out of my account. Apple says, the app is responsible, Wondery-people say the App Store is. Update: got my money back. And fast forward a couple months later- get charged again! App is not even installed!

I really enjoy Wondery’s content and have been a paid subscriber for a while now. However, the Wondery app consistently won’t load, will freeze, and then my phone glitches, exits the app, and freezes itself. This happens every day when I open the app.

Love the content from Wondery, but I often get frustrated with how slow and buggy this app is. Crashes often, slow to load, just bad ux. There’s also no ability or queue episodes. Please make this app better.

I love Wondry. But I don’t want to listen to hip hop of all things while I try to listen to my program. Bad idea. Kerrymitchell4909

Such a great site. Love topics. Love podcaster’s voice. You can eliminate anything to do with Diddy.

This app has a lot of really terrible podcasts! Don’t do the trail, I was charged even when I cancelled after trying it out for a day. I have proof I cancelled it quickly, but was still charged. Don’t bother with this app, there are so many better options
