    Some of these pay rate offers is way to low( with out the tip..) and dealing with Walmart employees when doing a shop is horrible they acuse you of stealing every time you come in there they make dump out all of the customers items so they can go through them and then tell you to clean up the mess and walk away..

  • Bad APP and Driver Suport

    I have used many applications for two years and I have never seen an application and driver support as bad as this application and driver support. For an hour, I have been trying to reach the driver course to solve a problem, and the driver support I reached did not solve my problem and ended the correspondence, and now I cannot make the delivery and I cannot reach the driver support.

    Some want to shop, others don’t. Personally I don’t even want to see shopping orders, much less have to reject them. Give us a filter. Edit: while you can make money with this app, ever driver is in fear everyday it will be their last. Is the selfie going to glitch? Is my new license scan going to glitch? Will my new insurance pic pass? Yea every day we fear deactivation. And support is useless. Change phone number? Good luck changing, and you have to change it. Now that I’ve done this a few months? It’s amazing that you can order from home, get order picked, in a drivers car, and delivered to your doorstep. The backend of the system is chaos🤷‍♂️

    If you do a favor to those low pay trips after they were for hours on the offers, for sure you will get a low rate.

    Honestly been waiting for an approval for about 2 1/2 years. They keep saying when a spot opens you’ll get approved. Lies.. I see many people and have proof of them applying after me and they’re getting approved. Customer service never helps. It’s like a never ending game.

  • Deactivation

    This app will deactivates you for no reason and then you cannot get anyone to help you fix the issue. They deactivated me for verification and I am now t sure why. I scanned my license and took a selfie and 5 minutes later my account was deactivated. Everything is through email and a waiting game. They say it could take 30 to 45 days for pre arbitration but only took 5 minutes to deactivate. This is horrible.

    First I’m thankful that there’s more verifications that helps with all the “rented and fraud accounts” and “bot” usage by stealing all the high paying orders within a 2 mile radius. I think the last thing to do is implement a captcha type security to finish off the remaining cheaters. More incentives for high rated people and for tips the only thing a customer can do is increase it. Give the customer 2 hours to increase it only too much tip baiting by repeat customers and if they have a pattern of this and wanting refunds they should be banned from the platform. Your shoppers/delivery are the face of the company at that moment and your greatest asset.

    This apps software version is too sensitive. Ppl get deactivated if data is poor or if lighting is bad. Ppl are out here trying to make ends meet and don’t have time for that. The reactivation process should take less that 30-90 days. With all the airborne diseases there needs to be a feature for customers to scan or type in their drivers license when certain purchases are made and the driver should only have to verify the license uploaded matches the person receiving the order. 10-20% tips should be mandatory but aren’t.
