The spark app has been a life saver for me . I am a full time mom and working a 8-5 just did not work. Having flexibility with this app being able to turn it on and off whenever I want to is extremely a blessing. I’ve also learned about a lot of different areas I had no idea existed and I get to help the community rather it be fellow mommie as myself, someone disabled or an elderly person and new mom or just someone who is tired from work and getting groceries delivered is a huge plus .. I definitely recommend.. I’m extremely thankful for the Spark app

The app that works together with hackers has been on the waiting list for over a year, but if you have $500 you pay and it's already working. Drivers who work with fake GPS and still do nothing to prevent cheating. Honest people don't work with Spark.

I’ve been doing spark for 5 years now seems like the newer ones get the better offers and more offers than the ones who’s been doing it for a while sometimes o have to wait all day for an order which is ridiculous it should be based on time doing it not on the new hires

So my account was deleted then got reactivated but 3 weeks ago it was reactivated I still have not been able to use my account because the app and ddi works says it’s deactivated. But every time I call for help or email they say there is nothing they can do and that they don’t see anything wrong on their side of the app so dumb .

The app crashes way too often. Ppl have also been known to use grabber apps and get away with it. This is unfair to ethical users just trying to earn money. There needs to be a fix for that. Also since the last update it’s been dispatching offers with high miles instead of batch trips (4 or less stops) that are not the closest. Therefore it sends you 11 mi when it could have put together 3 trips under 7 mi. We get less incentives here in South Carolina lately & it feels like we are getting paid a lot less. I don’t get offers when I’m at home anymore and less when traveling around town which restricts me to being on Walmart property and ties up my day instead of allowing me to multitask. Ever since Walmart did renovations in the store the app pays less and the offers all have at least one order when no one bothered to tip. Ppl don’t understand that we use our personal vehicles & are paid hourly. If you live where stairs are, order heavy items or stay more than half a mile from the store AND we have to do your shopping it should be mandatory to tip us accordingly. Not $2-5! That’s not a livable wage. Also the app needs to pay drivers an additional fee for having to travel down dirt roads which can tear your car or tires up, carrying big packs of water upstairs or for large orders especially if there is no tip. Ppl are so ungrateful, super selfish & greedy!
  • Mediocre or unprofessional employees

It’s a job that goes nowhere. But it’s a job. Depending on the zone, some Walmart workers or Sam’s Club employees are the most unprofessional workers or mediocre at best. Professional employees are the exception, but it’s common knowledge that hostile employees are the biggest problem in the American job culture. Some use traditional unlawful bullying, others resort to religious practices that are not protected by the constitution while some of the religious practices are actually unlawful. White supremacy is nothing new, but some stores have black supremacy employees who resort to their well known use of witchcraft or sorcery. The worst of the black employees are those who exhibit antisocial behavior disorders or unlawful control behaviors. The tactics used by the white employees are often the same as most white workers. It’s annoying when employees try to do their jobs when they appear to be under the influence of drugs. The nice thing about the job is that picking up orders requires little contact with the employees and most of the time is spent driving. The pay fluctuates and have discovered that the middle eastern drivers tend to get the higher paying deliveries. It raises the question of who is sending the job offers and their preferences towards middle easterners.
