    It is April 2024. This game has been STUCK since THE LAST UPDATE IN OCTOBER 2023. CUSTOMER PROVIDES THE SAME RESPONSE. WHAT US REALLY GOING ON. FIX THE GAME OR REMOVE IT FROM THE LIST OF ARCADE APPS.

    I was really enjoying this game and made it pretty far. But there is a bug and it won’t progress past a point. No way around it. Developer says they want to improve my game enjoyment. If you fix the bugs I will enjoy it!

  • Stops at spot

    I played the first time for 10 hours. Then when I go to play and have to choose the puzzle (only having one choice in the puzzle tree), it then refused to load. I restarted the game but reached the same issue after four hours of play time.

    Was real easy when it was working, it’s been stuck in The doctor is rebuilding the target mode for way WAY too long!

    I’m a big Doctor Who fan. I really wanted to like this game. However the game has several game breaking bugs. more than once I needed to restart from the beginning because I got stuck on a puzzle that would only partially load. It would stick on the loading screen, regardless if I force, quit and restarted or not. I was able to restart my game more than once and was able to skip the original pitfall that I had. However, I round into the same issue later in the game. After having more than 20 hours into the game, this kind of game breaking bug with loading a level should not happen.

    Haven’t been able to play in months now and very disappointed that the fix will be in the next release. Four months since a release? Seriously not happy. And I’m a huge Dr Who fan.

    I’ve played lots of it and now it freezing up at the same part and I can’t move forward. So sad please do an update soon.

    Have played twice now and really enjoy the game. Both times I have reached a spot where the next levels will simply not load and the game locks on the loading screen.

    I enjoyed this game, and then it started freezing on the Face of Boe section. I accidentally took a branch that could only be that game, and now the game no longer works at all. I sent a message to customer support. What I got back was essentially, oops; we’ll work on that. Are you satisfied with your answer? No, because it’s not been playable for a month. If they ever fix it, I’ll be glad to change my review. Until then, though, it’s worthless.
