As usual AT&T service providers fail to meet the CIA Triad standards and particularly the A for availability. Security is important to me and this app failed to log in and provide appropriate notification for what exactly is the issue. Additionally, this app was not designed to enable password management access. Just like OPUS huge failure.

Why is it required to have if it doesnt work?

This is such a waste of time. I just want to see my account.

I can’t even use my phone without it now to sign into apps that require me to use ATT for TV provider such as ESPN +

It’s practically impossible to get this app to work and when it does, it has very limited functionality. Don’t waste your time on this app or first net services.

Don’t join will no longer let me log in

This is required to get into the FirstNet account but it seems that I am not the only one that cannot sign into the app! This is pretty sad that a company like AT&T cannot build a simple 2FA app to work correctly!!

Won’t even let me log in. Keeps saying something is wrong. First Net is really starting to piss me off. It’s not hard folks get it together

The app is useless and so is their tech support. 2FA is just as bad as trying to login FirstNet’s website. The website say’s call support, but they can’t do nothing about it. The best they can do is tell you wait 24-48hours, WTH!! This is suppose to be the first responders service, but it seems it’s just another service like BoostMobile or Cricket. T-Mobile has better support than these guys!
