Can’t add items to my own vault

I’ve just started using the app but that’s a big problem right from the start. The button is there, prominently but pressing it does nothing. Nothing inspires confidence your expensive items will be handled properly like basic malfunctions (sarcasm)
Case-sensitive email!?!?

In what universe is email logged as case-sensitive? If two exact email addresses (less a first capital letter in one) verify a password reset, they should both work at the login stage.

It’s okay but they need to update the ability to take pictures and find the item . It’s not accurate . The subscription is also extremely expensive . Considering this app is literally just a paid version of eBay’s search .
Useless and expensive

This app is actually useless and expensive and it’s more work than any other Google goggles or eBay camera search. This doesn’t even have a camera search. It’s insane that they charge this much money for this app and customer service is horrible.

I paid $41 and I was unable to get a refund based on the fact that I was unable to login. It would continuously kick me out not let me reset my password. Unacceptable. Waste of money don’t even bother.
Useless app full of bugs

This app has so many bugs that never get addressed, it renders it fairly useless. For what you charge for a subscription on an incomplete database, one would think you’d put a little effort into fixing it. Lately I can’t even get in because the face recognition keeps locking me out and the rest doesn’t work through the app. Save your money on an overpriced subscription!

Not able for 2 years now to use app, not able to change passwords, not able to cancel subscription, unable to contact site. I don’t have a computer, just this app on my phone….But Worthpoint is always there at renewal time to gather my $$$.
