I cannot cancel this app, I only used it once and now they are trying to charge me $29, and I cannot cancel it or contact anyone at this app. Such a scam!

Hello. I was charge $64.16 for your annual subscription. Today I tried using the app and the results tags your company name to the artist as a big bold tag on the left side of my artwork. Also your ad keeps showing ads while it’s “printing” digitally the artwork result.

Im disappointed in “Artista” being on the finished pic. I paid for subscription I think I wouldn’t have to succumb to selfish promotion. The pictures we edit using the app should NOT have “Artista” or anything displayed on the pic

Wanted to try out but was charged instead of receiving free trial and no way to get my refund.

Has only been a few hours I downloaded the app and already decided to unsubscribe or cancel. They make it impossible for you to do so. This to me is a scam! Shouldn’t be allowed. Please don’t fall for it!!!!

It’s the x on the advertisement…. The only way you can x it off is to shutdown the app… so you have to start all over and most times it’s the same problem! Makes the whole app USELESS

The app does pretty things with your photos but there is no way to save or print any of your work and the share feature in settings does no anything. I’ll check to see the subscription carried over. I hope not because an art app you can’t publish is no good to anyone

I tried uploading pictures and it would not work I uninstalled thinking it was a problem on my end and it still did not work! I do not recommend at all!

I have tried selecting more photos and it has no options to do so.
