I paid my subscription and I am getting an error message online that says “Sorry the video is not available.” And when I go on the app. The error message says. “sorry, there was a problem opening the application.”

You would think BET+ was a good app. It’s not and I would be wary getting a subscription with them as well. You can only cont at support via email and even then they don’t really help to solve your issue. Why is it that I pay for watch my shows and I can’t even watch any of my shows on any of my devices. Something that is not told to customers that BET+ only works on a few selected platforms. Any other platforms you will need to upgrade.

The app should give the option to sign in from your phone to the tv by using your camera. When you do sign in it doesn’t have Gmail.com, yahoo.com, icloud.com, ect as options so you’re required to type more. I also didn’t see the option to view your password while typing to assume accuracy. It would also be nice to view all episodes within a series and be able to skip to different episodes.

Please explain to me why after paying for a plan for the App, I can’t watch the most recent episodes?

Can’t get this app to play on my Tv! Waste of money. Never had any issues with apps at all on my Tv but this one. Have to cancel subscription and go to Amazon for the show I am trying to watch 😕.

This app be Don more than n any app I have.. And it's not like it's free we pay for this app for crashing purposes it seems like

I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it soooo many times but it still kicks me out! I’m to the point of deleting it all together! It’s no point in continuing to pay for something I can barely use! 😩😩😩

App is super glitchy and I keep having to exit the episodes.
