Description

What would you like to get done today? Answer that email you’ve been postponing for a little too long? Or just remember to take out the trash (that’s a win as well). We all write our lists for these things, with Daylist it’s just a little smoother. So, how do you use Daylist? 1. Create lists for today with one tap - Grocery shopping, work tasks or anything else. 2. Write down the tasks you’d like to get done 3. Want to be reminded of a task? No problem, just another tap for that. 4. When you’re done with your task, check it off in the app. You’re going to love this step ;) You’ll have a fresh start each day - no need to manage long term lists. That’s it, nothing more, nothing less. Daily lists, as minimalistic and smooth as it gets. NO SIGNUP OR SPAM You just get right into the app. We don’t need to know your email or anything else for that matter. Also, anything you enter in the app stays right there, we don’t send your data to god knows where. Privacy first! NO SUBSCRIPTIONS Try the app for a week, and if it’s what you’re looking for, then you can continue using it forever with a one time purchase. Oh yea, no ads either. If you’re not sold by now, just give it a go. The app does a way better job of showing how wonderful todo lists can be than I can describe in text.

It was good but it’s only free for the week- why do I gotta pay to write stuff I wanna do during the day....😃

Happy with all the simplicity. I would like an option to forward unfinished tasks to be a permanent fixture, not just a pop up window for the next day. If it’s been more than a day, I would still like to forward tasks and can’t seem to find a way other than retyping.
  • Not perfect

The appearance is really cute but that’s the only thing that did it for me with this app. In order to rearrange the order of tasks, you have to click and hold, and then click and drag, every time you leave the app and come back if even for one second, it reverts it back to today’s tasks so if you have to keep going back and forth to add schedules for tomorrow etc. it will be a real pain. The keyboard takes up half of the screen and you have to click “done” every time you need to see the other tasks as you’re entering them in. It’s just too time costly for a person who of course is busy since they need an app like this. Also it asked me if I wanted to save a bunch of things I just entered and I automatically clicked the button on the right because in America that would be the “yes” button, but they had left and right switched so I lost all progress. That happened twice.

I love this app because it’s so simple and easy to use. I’m in control of it not it of me! ❤️

After using Buddy for my budgeting app, I was ecstatic to see the same developers create a to-do list one. Daylist is fantastic. As someone that appreciates simple to-do apps over overly complicated ones like Todoist, this is perfect for me. The app is fast, animations are gorgeous, and I like being able to easily organize tasks by different categories/groups. There are two big things I’d love to see in future updates — 1) An Apple Watch app 2) Dark mode support. Keep up the great work!!

Great app for my lists. Love that I can customize it to pink ! I like that I can categorize lists each day too.

It’s a very intuitive app that does exactly what you’d expect. The color customization is a nice touch. The history view is probably my favorite feature. Even got my not-super-savvy parents to download and use this app 😊
