I have been trying to reach out to customer service for over a week letting them know the ai feature of product beautifier has stopped working! Unfortunately the customer service is horrible. They don’t answer or try to fix the problem. I am a paying customer and are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!!

Tried the Pro plan just to test the upscaler. It actually downscaled the image! Unbelievable. There are like only 3 other AI features like remove background which couldn't get it right either. Wasn't even close. It is, in fact, the poorest AI model I've used to date. Actually, there's no innovation compared to product offerings from 5+ years ago.
