Signed up today and keep getting the we can’t find a meal for you message

Worst health app I’ve ever tried to use. Put in my selections multiple ways and it couldn’t create me a plan. Waste of 30 minutes.

It takes you through a series of questions to learn about you, such as height, weight, gender, etc. My height and weight weren’t even on the list. 6’0 you would think 6 foot even would be a selectable height. Also iphone only, although it loads on iPad it is iphone size. Cannot manually add recipes or easily swap or assign items to days…only randomized rotating options.

I excluded a variety of items because I’m allergic to them, & the app was unable to prepare a meal plan for me.

Every time I click on every recipe the app force crashes. I’ve spent half an hour trying to delete and reinstall (with the subscription bought) and the same thing happens. Don’t waste your time with this app get another one that works!

Whenever i click on a food item it turns the app off

I paid for this app and the recipes won’t open. The app just closes every time I try to read a recipe. I emailed support and got an automated email pointing me to their online help. I don’t want online help. I want an immediate refund of my annual subscription. Don’t waste your time with this app. It appears to be a scam.

I can’t look at recipes

Won’t allow me to view the recipes. When I tap on it it just exits me out of the app

The app closes down as soon as you try to click on a meal, if I could give it zero stars I would. Would like a refund
