Breeze: Start Self-Discovery

I did a free trial of this app and due to the price, canceled my subscription and deleted it a week before my free trial was over. Tonight, you guys charged my card anyways! I really hope this was some type of error. If the company reaches back out to me to fix things, I will edit my review.

Do not go into this app thinking it’s free you need a subscription

The last four days I have been trying to reach somebody to properly cancel my subscription. To my own mistake I accidentally missed typed my Gmail account and I have been in contact with somebody to trying to recover my account or canceling my subscription and I have been going back-and-forth, giving them the same information constantly the last couple of days. It is to the point where I am about to cancel my own car just to get a new one to no longer get this charged because it seems that nobody knows what they’re doing and covering an account. They don’t have a phone number to reach. They can only reach you through email. The only way to recover an account is to use your email and the email that I used. It says it cannot be found. I used Apple Pay to pay for my subscription and I have given them the time date and all the required information and yet they still can’t find my account. This app is terrible.

I got charged for a subscription that I never requested. When I downloaded the app to cancel said subscription. They told me I don’t even have an account, so how did I get charged for a subscription. Update: after multiple attempts, I finally got a response from what appears to be a real human being ! They still will not refund my money. They claim to have canceled my subscription. My bank is going to dispute this and try and get my money. Back! I strongly do NOT recommend even clicking on this app to investigate it. Apple has no record of the subscription, they claim I requested. Horrible customer service! And they’re supposed to be dealing with mental health! The irony should not be lost! Update: I was given a 50% refund. However, my bank is pursuing a full refund, as there is no evidence that I ever requested the subscription! Read through the comments, and you’ll notice the generic AI generated response from the developers. They do not address the specific issues in the review.

I cancelled this App in Feb 2024 and I found they kept charging me throughout 2024. Shame on this app and their team. I am filing for a refund with my bank.

The items they offer can easily be found in a mood tracker and other free online resources. This app only wants you to connect with a therapist (that will cost extra). It also says they will “remind you to cancel your free subscription at 5 days”. They do not and then when you do try and cancel the setting screen doesn’t load. Such a waste of time and money!!!

Downloaded this as a free trial and I cannot get rid of it! They will charge your card monthly with no real way to access and cancel your subscription, I cancelled my subscription after the free trial and they have charged my card for the last 10 months 19.99 a month. I’ve received zero help from their support team. Scam scam scam!!! Fraudulent!! Do your research before getting involved, they have tons of bad reviews if you look for them and many other people complaining of this same thing!! Do not download!!!!

Came across this app on an instagram ad a month ago thought I’d try it out. I myself was in what could be at my worst when it came to my mental health. Made me go through a questionnaire and was offered the results for $1 along with a lifetime subscription for $9.99. Billed a total of $10.99 and all seemed fine for a week. Lucky for me I kept a separate card for payments like these where I only add funds as needed. They ended up billing me $29.99 a week after, which got declined having no funds on the card. Then $26.99 the day after. Then $22.49 two days after that. $14.99 two days afterwards. Then the last one being $7.49 five days later. All billed by breeze. Can’t state how lucky I am to have been a step ahead otherwise I would have my bank account would’ve been run dry by now. The only email I recieved was during my first purchase saying that stated “You're in! Your Breeze journey starts today. Make sure to take full advantage of the premium features”. There was no prior reminder for any further billing or anything related to that. Upon looking at their instagram page they have their comments limited. Only reason I see is to keep their pace from filling up with negative comments. They lack the transparency they claim to have I fear anyone else to fall for their traps. Billing that much for an app that simply provides questionnaires and journaling which can be done for free is simply absurd. These people prey on the mentally vulnerable and given the billing trends they are focused on taking whatever money you have in your balance. My experience in this is that the app is a scam with overinflated prices. To anyone reading this, look up reviews for Basenji Apps on trust pilot and I hope you find the proper help you need. Just that this is not it based on my experience.

This app is without approval taking money out of my bank account. 29.99 is a lot of money to be taking monthly. It doesn’t even show up in my subscriptions list yet they are taking money that I don’t even have to give. ***** I still have not found how to cancel a subscription that not only did I not approve but also doesn’t show up in my App Store as a paid subscription with no way to cancel it I’m using this review dated today as a notice to the developers. My $29.99 needs reimbursed and all future deductions are to cease. It’s January 12, 2025 at 5:07 am

I don’t think it’s worth the money but I just want to keep the little water starfish music game 😭 it’s my favorite thing right now
