  • Don’t bother, see a real person

I was feeling depressed and searching for some reason not to kill myself. This app popped up and I thought good, a sign maybe that the universe heard my pleas for help. Well, I believed the hype and signed up, at my next appointment with my therapist, she said, Adena, let’s look at this app. She asked me a lot of questions and then she let me know this app and many others aren’t for everyone with a mental health issue. You should delete immediately. I thought I had, but these people said no I didn’t. Be very careful when you attempt to cancel, they don’t delete it fully they keep coming back with offers and if you believe you had deleted the agreement and account information, nah, you simply attempted. This month I was charged again. My doctor will be writing a complaint too. She will use my phone since I show it was paid for on this device. Now to file the complaint with the State of Texas.

Please stop making people start free trials with credit card info, some people have strict parents who won’t give them any card info to use, I literally can’t use any app because everyone is always freaking putting free trials that require this. I literally just wanted help for a little bit but you ruined it bc I can’t even use it for 7 days

But I would argue all the data goes right to google since they’re partners. Just don’t expect privacy is all I’m saying. They also low key disguise non professional autism tests as a “communication” test which should be illegal. LOL another is for borderline personality disorder. Hilariously offensive that they can get away with this sort of thing.

I’ve never used this app beyond downloading it to check it out and have been charged $29.99 for the past six months because of it. Calling the bank first thing tomorrow to report fraud and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. They bill through my debit card, *NOT* through Apple subscriptions… very sketchy… AVOID

App doesn’t do anything it advertises, will auto renew payment with no notice. Doesn’t show up in apple subscriptions in order to cancel you have to do it on their site, and to talk to customer service you have to have the “mail app” and they won’t refund you if you didn’t want their service. IMO just terrible scammy behaviour to take advantage.
  • Taking advantage of mental illness

This isn’t treatment nor real screening for mental illness. Yet ads target individuals suffering from intense trauma. Shameful, negligent, and dangerous. This should be banned and illegal.

Unfortunately, I cannot condone this app because it automatically charged me when I never agreed to an annual subscription. I have no desire to use it anymore because they will not provide any assistance in refunding.
  • You wouldn’t know you subscribed to the app and they won’t give a refund

I can’t remember explicitly subscribing to the app and before I knew it they started withdrawing 30 dollars monthly and once I noticed and asked for a refund the same day the money was removed, they refused. Be careful not to subscribe
  • Money grab! Don’t expect accurate results

Tests are not accurate. Results are behind pay walls. Constant annoying ads and notifications. This app is a joke!
