First off, I enjoy using the controller itself and have for years. I used the subscription with the app for a while but have not used the subscription for a while at this point. The app seems irrelevant and all but abandoned. There is very little if any ways to connect with the community, if there even is one anymore? I see “highlight” videos every now and then but that is about all the life I see. As far as using the app to have my game library clean and organized, it’s horrible in my experience. I appreciate being able to add games to my library but I hope you are prepared for it to be on that library forever. The “hide game” function is almost completely nonfunctional. It will say you need to delete the game from your phone before hiding it. First off, if i want to hide a game then why on earth does it matter if i delete it or not. I might simply not want it on the quick launch. Maybe i dont play that game often anymore. Secondly, I DONT ACTUALLY HAVE THE GAMES INSTALLED THAT IM TRYING TO HIDE! It is incredibly frustrating that i cant clean up MY library selection because of what i assume is a bug. And this has been an issue for a long time now. Also dont understand the point of a subscription. A couple of social features and now a built in emulator dont exactly justify a subscription imo. There just isnt enough value for me.

Backbone pro is great. Gives me the flexibility to play on the go and or at home it’s a great experience. I believe the next iteration should include RGB lights with a little more customization to the controller layout, such as analog sticks, customized grips, and buttons maybe an external fan that clips to the backbone the product is amazing by bringing the possibility of gaming everywhere

I got my backbone in August of last year. Just a few months ago, my left side of the controller stopped working, right side is fine, but the left side is just getting tortured, I did some research, apparently this company made the right side of the controllers ribbon cable perfect. But the left side is so janky it breaks within a few months, this this is just a 100$ demo of a Xbox controller. Please, make the ribbon cable better.

Why are you charging $100 for the Backbone and then charging for subscription? I just wanna know.

I was promised a 25 PlayStation five gift card with my backpack, but when I got my Backbone and put my phone in it. It gave me a three months of Apple arcade.
