I’ve been playing Ragnarok for PC since 2003, and the company’s neglect is nothing new. No real updates, developers don’t care about player feedback, and let’s be honest — Ragnarok has always been a full-on gacha. They push you to spend tons of money just to stay competitive. Every year there’s a “new” Ragnarok, but it’s always the same team behind it. The president of Gravity is useless — they’ve ruined the PC game over the years and are now destroying the mobile versions with the same greedy mindset. Goodbye, Gravity.

I've really enjoyed playing Ragnarok M:Eternal Love and appreciate the effort your team has put into creating such an engaging experience similar to Ragnarok Online!! I wanted to kindly suggest expanding the range of skin tones available in the character customization options. Representation means a lot to many players， and having a wider variety of skin colors would allow more people to feel truly seen and included in the game world of Rune-Midgard that you've built. When there system charge you double by error. And you ask refund for the extra purchase. Their system will deduct double amout of big cat coin in game. In other words. U are forced to pay double for something you don't want. And the service team will just tell you because they not recommend any refund.

This is my first mmo. For nostalgia, the graphics have been updated, many new classes and systems have been added. There are of course minor glitches that will be fixed over time. The limited time limit and the meager drop percentage - well, you can fix it with a donation. But not here. If I'm already paying hundreds of dollars, I would like to get what I paid for, but no, the drop percentage here is also meager. Therefore, before downloading, buy a lot of rabbit feet, you will need them

I told the support team that I couldn’t permanently access my old email that was bound to my account that I spent thousands of dollars on. At that time, you couldn’t bind your account to more third-party apps, only one. So they answered they couldn’t help me with recovering my account and said “if you bound your account to other third-party apps, use those” bruh.

Im sorry but you guys are making too many games, Hear me out, Can you guys just delete all ur games except your most popular one? All of your games are so creative and I was wondering if you guys could make an sao type of game with 100 floors and all the players have to beat it together in the same server. A lot of ragnarok origins features are also featured in sao. There are not a lot of MOBILE sao games out so I think you guys would do phenomenal, just have different weapon types,plenty of customization,vast taking floors and I think you guys would do great.

For 6 years of playing this game and being in multiple discussions with moderators and giving mine and hundreds of other players feedbacks it seems that the game creators don’t care for their players. They don’t care to fix bugs. They don’t care to fix anything that players have brought up is an issue. Don’t waste your time or money on this game the creators only put out things to get your money and nothing to make the game enjoyable for its players.

Game forces pvp play and only the huge spenders can ever win. Gear upgrading is a nightmare 💁

I’ve had a good time playing it, I joined hoping to bolster my skills and comprehension of mmo systems but it’s generally been a fun experience on its own. Admittedly the localization is awful, like really awful, and it’s pretty simplistic/corny regardless but you can tell there’s a lot of love from a handful of the devs thrown into this. The custom npc animations especially charmed me and all of the animations and art everywhere was really cute to see. Less p2w and heavy paywall on cosmetics than I expected. But I also found pretty quickly the racism in this one is not tame (first ragnarok game so I’ve no idea if that’s a trend in these. I guess you kinda expect to see some in most older-smaller mmos, especially when the character creator doesn’t offer different skin tones but holy cow lol, I was not expecting a clown Afro black midget with donut lips and a caveman club caricature. If not for that lump of things, me and my wallet would be able to give you a more invested review but that took me out entirely. Cute otherwise though, extra points deducted for lack of gay marriage also, should’ve stuck to the bit for the amount of gay jokes it has.
