I used to get a lot of jobs but now someone or something else beats me to the punch almost every time.

Help figure out how to delegate the out to all your Pro’s so that we all can have some work.

Do not waste your time with them. You will be lucky if they pay you for your service. Their products are junk and the pay if you’re lucky enough to receive it is junk.
  • Good structure, poorly informed

It’s great for a good side gig here and there but the customers never seem to realize they need to confirm the time you’ve set also works for them still and then complain when they’ve given no contact to the handyman. And in the case that the job has to be cancelled the Blane usually defaults to the handyman for any reason. The details provided on the jobs should have product assembly included on all jobs instead of half. There’s no harm in extra information.

After my first day of scheduled work, I noticed the flood gates open right on up. So far, all but one assembly came with instructions attached for my viewing prior to the appointment. That is by far, the most efficient piece to the whole process. I honestly feel that I can make decent coin in my free time, and I’m grateful

I have been a Wayfair Service Pro for going on 1 year, and Wayfair’s Service Pro customer service has always been top notch. However, it appears to me that the Wayfair Service Operations team continues to blow smoke when questioned regarding its questionable business tactics. For instance, for a multi-item assembly, although does not provide a rebate to its customers for having purchased assembly on multiple items, Wayfair will pay a Service Pro a compensation that is less than the multiple of items that the Service Pro is assembling, with the logic in mind that since the Service Pro is assembling the same item several times in a row, then the Service Pro will spend less and less time on the assembly of the subsequent items. Although this may be true, it is a clever way for Wayfair to keep even more of the assembly costs that the customer paid. Furthermore, Wayfair will allow an unclaimed assembly job to remain unclaimed rather than offering a cash incentive to one of its top rated Service Pros to pick up the job on short notice. In fact, I was told by a Wayfair Service Pro customer service worker just today that Wayfair only offers its Service Pros an incentive to pick up a job on short notice if the job has had been dropped by other Service Pros multiple times leading to the job having to be rescheduled. Wake up Wayfair!!! By then, your customer has been jerked around and inconvenienced multiple times. Wayfair, your management may be pushing to boost corporate growth and revenue, of course boosting your bottom line through multiply rounds of layoffs, but in my view, your growth is going to be stunted until you do a better job taking care of your customers and Service Pros, weeding out manufacturers who have a tendency to ship out furniture that arrives damaged, etc, etc.

I love being able to view the assembling items instructions to help me judge I can handle the job. I kind of look over them before the job to get familiar with the assembly!!

Get a notification for a job, open app immediately, get told job has been claimed. Waste - of - time.

Sound notifications don’t work on the app. Transferring jobs to my personal calendar doesn’t work either. I work efficiently and fast but end up spending more time than the estimated time allocated for the job. Whoever sets these estimates must have four hands!
