Won’t bind or connect I had one a couple years back that was great and I lost it I recently had purchased one at the swap meet for 45.00 and it’s trash won’t do anything I know it’s not broke because the package was in open so I’m giving one stare for that reason I really really need it and it won’t work

I have to fight this stupid app to get to acknowledge the device. It says connect to Bluetooth yet Bluetooth says it’s connected device light goes from green to blue. Still the app says it connect to Bluetooth.

It use to work great but after not using it for a while then needing it it no longer works I did the updates and still won’t work right. And it keeps having me download other apps. For how much it all cost this is stupid I had to go out and it and normal reader bc I couldn’t get this one to work

My registration email ended up in junk. Just mark it as not junk or add sender domain to safe list.
Software works. Not sure if worth $60 and another $22 for additional car makes.. seems like the generic software works just fine.
