I really like ling better than duolingo in my opinion, but i just downloaded it so i don’t know much. as far as where i am, there’s no ads, and it’s easier. for me, the speaking says you’re wrong even if you say it correctly. but other than that, i prefer ling. there’s more languages duolingo doesn’t have, so i can learn my native languages if i wanted 🥹

If I learn how to speak Khmer it will be because of this app and it will help me connect with my grandma because she doesn't know that much English. I don't know that much Khmer but because of this app I will now, the more I practice and get better.

I was really looking for something since Duolingo didn’t have Tamil, so this seemed like a really good find. But here’s the thing: you HAVE to pay. No ads or anything, you HAVE to. Sounds fine, right? It’s the company’s choice to make. But here’s the thing- I went into this not knowing that. It lets you pass the first unit completely oblivious to that,and by the time you have to pay, you’ve already started learning!!!!! Hate it!!! Hate how this is pretty much my only option.

Most lessons are taught from a woman’s dialect and not men such as “Chan instead of Phom, or kà instead of Kràp” Is there a way to change this??

Ling is actually fun, but boring. Don’t know how to describe.

I bought the lifetime version of Ling after using it for a bit and liking it but since then it freezes constantly and almost never works

This app has more languages than any app! Im learning swahili and its more approachable than duolingo which gives you 5 mistakes, they have a paid version but there isnt much of a step up! I support this app 100 percent!
