HAWK SYNC

When I first git this camera the app worked and it was a pretty good little camera. Now the app does not allow me to login and after reading other reviews it seems pretty common. The camera can only really be used as a paperweight without the app. It’s a good idea, but if they can’t get the app to work you’re wasting your time and money getting one of these. So glad I only purchased one of these.

This app is so bad. In So many ways and zero support. To lengthy to go into an the details.

This app is terrible.. just like everyone else I cannot sign in. My father in law has same exact issue. I made the mistake of signing out to prove to him that there wasn’t an issue and now I cannot get back in the app. Tried resetting my password and got one verification code sent and once everything was entered in I got the spinning wheel pop up like it’s going to work but then nothing.

Downloaded app. Entered email address for confirmation number and submitted multiple times. After 5 days still no email. It’s bogus, waste of my time

Have been trying to just create an account but can’t even get it to send me a code. Went looking for support info and can’t even find that...

Can’t even set up the account. Won’t send me a verification code. Finally get a verification code and it won’t work. Pricey camera to not be able to adjust settings.

tried twice setting up an account and get verification codes back but when try to open it says no account exists. Next move on this waste of money camera is a hammer. I’ve seen the nightmare reviews regarding tech support and dont have that much time to waste

These cameras are worthless due to this horrible app, all it does is play an advertisement and will not let me sign in or change my password. I even tried creating a new account but got no further. Do Not Purchase....

Camera is completely useless. App doesn’t work, no customer service. Stay away from Hawk.

Used it to set up and will not allow me to use it again. Tried resetting password and nothing happens. So upset I bought this product as this app is CRAP. Do not purchase if you expect to see a view of your camera through your phone.
