I’ve updated my iPad to 18.5 and I’ve deleted and re-installed this app. Nothing works. The app keeps crashing immediately when trying to open. It hasn’t worked now for 1+ months.

The app refuses to let me sign in, it only works on my desktop. It does not recognize my username or password as being "correct"

I’ve been a Squarespace user for over 10 years. I used to love their service and was always a huge supporter and promoter. Recently there seems to be nothing that works correctly. My options for simple edits seem to be slim to none. Both the app and the website version of the Squarespace platform have bugs, and navigating through my own website to make quick edits is anything but quick or simple. Format options on text I’ve written are nothing more than Bold, Italic, or Underline. Underwhelming. More and more I’m not exactly sure what it is I’m paying for. Unfortunately I think I’m going to begin looking at how to migrate my website to another service. Our user expectations are an intuitive and easy to use service which presents professionally to our audience, but I no longer feel this is the case. I’ve already contacted your support but I have low hopes. Previously there was always someone ready to help with lots of ideas and/or the ability to quickly submit a ticket to fix a problem. Now I’m expecting a bland response outlining how to do a simple process which I’ve already tried and which doesn’t actually function correctly. I feel like Squarespace isn’t used by it’s own employees, because if it was you would see very quickly a long list of things which don’t function properly. I’m sad to write this and frustrated by your platform.

It’s been bugged for years. My phone is updated. The app is up to date also. ‘This site does not exist’ screen and won’t let me do anything else. I never write reviews but a business app not working outside of a desk top or laptop in 2025??? Crazy work. Hate this for all SS users. I hope they fix this issue soon. I don’t even know who to contact. Frustrating to say the least.

Application is crashing and I can’t get support.

There is no reason why an app should be this difficult and shady. You can sign up, but godforbid you want a new domain name. I paid $50+ just for my ideal website to be “unusable”, because I’m on an iPad. This app is absolutely a money sucker. Never use it. I learned the hard way.

This app was working fine till the late steps update a few weeks ago. Now it won’t even open, WHY??? I pay a lot of money to use this app every month and I can’t even open it . I am about to cancel my subscription

Constant crashes is crashing me out. Makes mobile updates inefficient when you are left to save after each change to prevent loss of work. As a paid subscriber, please fix it!!

Squarespace needs to be sued it’s worthless having a business and no one to talk to about the issues I’m having

Not sure what’s wrong with the app but I can’t edit my pages as it keeps saying I need internet connection but my service is working just fine.
