So the first piece I looked at when getting this app is my own land. Its 3.5 acres and this app said 4.6

This is a very useful tool for property lines and owner info. Pretty up to date mapping.

Even though I signed in with email. Some properties show ownership and some don’t I can’t fix it????

There doesn’t appear to be any way to zoom out on MacOS. Double clicking will zoom in, but once you’re zoomed in, there’s no way to zoom out. I’ve been searching for answers, but no luck. No instructions, plus/minus icons…

Nice to do quick search to get basic info. Not a paid customer yet.

I have a big property and it’s just nice when I am out in the woods, I know where my property line is

Excellent app but it seems to take some time to sync with the property records updates. Not sure what the frequency of updates is

Even the free account has great information. Especially useful for municipalities that don't have online property records or require payment for access.
