I've tried a couple of other SFTP servers in the past, and this has been the easiest to setup and the most stable. Most importantly, it still works on an old Mac Pro I have running 10.11 El Capitan with Mac OS X Server. I haven't tried all the customizations because my needs are simple, but I'm happy they are there. Great app.

I tried using the built in GUI for starting an SFTP server but ran into issues. Using this app I was able to get things running quickly. On top of that it allows for easy cusomization of user accounts and files they would have access to. Recommended!

This is a great app for setting up an SFTP server on a Mac. The built in macOS server is nice, but it is not easy to configure and OS updates will reset your configuration changes. This app adds all the features that should exist for SFTP in the macOS Server App. You can change the SFTP port, which is a great idea for security purposes. You can set up specific users with read/write access on their own specific home folders. I couldn't ask for me.

Excellent alternative to the service disappeared in macOS Server High Sierra. Clean and simple interface. It works perfect. 5 stars.
