    Worst app ever! Or maybe it’s their server. I have a perfectly new camera that works to track moving objects, yet the app tells me it’s “offline” every other day. How can it be offline when it is visibly tracking my every movement and has the light on showing it is working? Works flawlessly some days then will not work for days at a time despite updating to the newest version. Update this app and resolve these intermittent connecting issues please!!

    When we first got this app and the camera 7 years ago, it was great. User friendly. Easy to operate. Never crashed. Over the last 7 years, it has really gone downhill. It crashes all the time on multiple devices. I only get about 15 seconds of video before it locks up and I get a pop-up ad. Ever since they started adding the ads, this app has been garbage. Find a different camera system.

    On the phone, this app works perfectly fine. My favorite feature is the monitoring feature where I could literally look at all the cameras at once cause I hook them up to a monitor and I’m able to see everything but it works on my phone, but I need my phone for other uses so I tried to use it on my tablet and it doesn’t workfor me. That’s just a no go so after I finish this year’s subscription, I probably won’t continue.

    The cameras continuously report on shadows from trees. So it’s useless at notifications on “movement.” I changed router and managed to get everything reconnected, however the premium monthly service (I pay for) won’t now recognize the cameras. There’s no support number to call and nothing in FAQ covers this. So I’m paying for nothing. Looking for a new system. Will not replace any hardware with Wyze.
