App asks me to upgrade constantly, already pay for ultimate. Non-existent customer service or support!

Can’t connect to account

Great app

I downloaded this app along with the other Avast apps as well as installed Avast software onto my laptop because research and reviews say this is a highly rated and reputable software to use. Although I have learned that is lot accurate. Based on other software I am using and comparing those to this company, the results from Avast are not 100% NOT accurate. According to the other softwares and my credit reports, my identity has been stolen and my information is being sold online and has been for quite sometime due to many different channels; breaches and phishing through my emails and browsing history. My computer and phone was hacked on 6/15 by a Trojan that was implanted on 3/18. Since then I have had some alarming signs whoever is behind it may still be in one of my emails I have monitored by this app. According to those other softwares, each has detected one or more of these compromising matters. This software, after each scan says my identity and information is not compromised or of a concern to be alarmed about or to look into further for resolution. Disappointing and now even more concerning because I gave my information to another company for a possibility for more information to be leaked.

I’d like more UpdatesI keep getting all kind of wierd texts,saying all this,that and the other is in the drive and the text keeps saying all my cloud pictures,etc etc will be erased and gone. Can you tell me whose doing this andiF MY SITE IS OK THX, T

I had a potential hacker so decided to download extra security. This app messed up my whole phone. I couldn’t use my service provider website or apps. It disabled my App Store so couldn’t get or update apps. I didn’t realize it avast and had multiple support tickets with Verizon and apple until I tried disabling avast and then all problems went away. Don’t not recommend at all!

I have tried everything I can to get you to stop trying to take money from my account. You are messing the account up. Stop and I hated the app. Once again you have tried to renew my account even though I have done everything I can to cancel it.

Total rip off and they will charge you even if you cancel your subscription before the expiration date. I have been charged $30 twice. I believe I will get in the class action lawsuit. Also, all I wanted was my refund.

Bruh, I have to pay just to be protected. Y’all care about money more than us being protected.
