    You can not scroll up for today’s offers in wallet. It’s been like this for at least 2 weeks now. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the same thing.

  • Music and sounds in App are unacceptable

    Just as the title sounds, Music and sounds in App are unacceptable. They cause the app to load slow as well as being absolutely intrusive. I can find other places to buy from that don’t have such invasive and intrusive garbage on their apps. Please stop or make it an option to disable it permanently.

    It says tap the blue icon to chat with their help team but there is no icon. It says to put your coupon code into the promotions bar and an error code pops up to put the code into the rewards bar, which doesn’t exist. Frustrated. Like it’s supposed to be used on a computer or something.

    I placed an order on December 15 as a Christmas gift to my family. I updated the address to be shipped to the address that I will be visiting. Somehow Bath & body changes the address to the address they wanted to send it to even the address that no longer exist. When I called back December 21, I called back on December 23. They agreed to refund money as well as ship me the order at a zero cost. after being in the hospital suffering with bronchitis I am able to reach out to Bath and body Works because I still have not received the order. I spoke with Alex and Alex said there was nothing she can do and hung up on me. I have been a loyal customer to Bath and body since the early 1990s and I am appalled by the treatment I am receiving at this moment
