The app could be nice at tracking your packages but sometimes it could be inaccurate, what bothers me the most is the collecting of your change or just when it randomly gives you “money”, why even have it if you are just going to update my change every time lowering the amount ??? Also when u end up using that money it still totals to the same price of the item 😂there is no discount! 😂

I love how it gave me notifications on when and where my package was at daily

I bought 2 sets of 3 rose plants to give to friends and family. Only 4 lived. The 2 dead ones never spouted or ever became green. It’s like they were DOA. The 4 are thriving. I don’t think I would buy them again from this company.

This app is so disgustingly horrible.

I don’t know what has changed. I have now been screwed out of purchasing going through this app. I don’t know if they are vetting the vendors, but when you purchase items, you should receive the items. I purchased from now two separate vendors through Shop and have not received the products, and shop is reporting them delivered. Vet your partners, because they are scamming people and this lands on you when your the platform backing the vendors and getting credit for people getting screwed out of hard earned money.

Keep track of your orders, orders automatically get sent to this app and this app keeps track of all your orders as long as you connect your emails to this app it works greatly, definitely highly recommended app for all cell phones

From the picture it looks if they had bedazzle on it I saw the hat looks a little stain and dirty I would like to get a refund can you please tell me how to return it and get a refund? It’s nothing like I expected that custom hat. The name is so small you barely can see it. Please reply.
