    Ads are too frequent, they took away Lightning Round, the best word game of all time so only 2 out of 5 stars. They don’t care about your game play experience as much as they do about making money. I’m sure they aren’t making more money without it anyways.

    After years of playing words with friends I can say that all of the updates have made the game decline for players. I rarely get the reward for playing daily because when I play doesn’t coincide with the developers reward time. I can no longer easily chat with players, it’s the worst chat ever. I no longer care if I play or not. I only play to keep in touch with family that lives far away.

    The game will match you with people that don’t use their accounts. Which results in you submitting the first move and over 5 days going by of the opponent standing idle. The issue is this game needs to enforce a reasonable time limit. Like Ruzzle but for days. An example would be four days max for each turn. That way, the idle opponents will automatically forfeit the games their not playing. This game could be so much better if they just paired players that actively played the game and had an reasonable time limit for each turn.

    Recently redownloaded and tried playing but every time I played a word an ad popped up. There’s way too many plus the volume is automatically on for the ads. No thx.
