    Six months ago I advised YouTube TV about trouble receiving their broadcast during their one month free trial. I never received a response. Since then I am charged each month for their service, but I have never seen it. After stopping payment through my bank, YouTube TV disputed my claims and the charges have been reposted. This is not how a trustworthy company behalves. I will now subpoena records through Court process to prove I have never received services for which I was charged.

    I’m paying $80 a month to have 2 minute + ads every time I watch a show? After football season I will be canceling until next season.. otherwise the app is great

    I used to love this service. I would have chose YouTube tv over every other provider every time. But for the past YEAR, I’ve been dealing with the most annoying glitch on the app. I can’t figure out how a company as successful as YouTube can’t get it right. All my other services work so I know it’s them. No matter what I’m watching, movie, tv, football, anything, it will randomly exit out of the programming and lose your spot in the show. Sometimes it does it every 16 minutes. Like it thinks it’s over and tries to flip it to something else on a 10 second timer. And even if I manage to make the timer, I can never save my place in the show I’m watching. So every 16 minutes I have to go find my show again AND forward it to where I was. It’s become the most frustrating experience and ruins the entire app for me. I kept assuming the glitch would be fixed in an update but it has not been in OVER A YEAR. Very disappointing. So NOT worth $70 dollars. I’m tired of hearing my husband have a meltdown over it when a game is on.

    The prices continually go up and the quality goes down. Now shows won’t even mark as watched and you can no longer physically mark a show as watched. Does not matter if it’s on a phone, iPad, or tv. It’s really starting to piss me off. I’m tired of prices being risen with no new channels. And now this issue. I’m about to cancel or find a better platform if they don’t get it together soon.

    You are by far the hardest company to deal with - I am back to YouTubeTV now but now cannot get it to appear on my phone screen of downloaded apps. It used to be so easy but not anymore. Not sure why I’m paying for this, not enjoyable.

    Subscribed to YouTube Tv back in 2019. Have really liked it, but the price has now increased almost $40 in 5 years. Getting way too expensive. There’s now a large number of free streaming tv apps I will be checking out.

    I really am not a fan of YouTube TV. I don’t like that when recording episodes you can’t record NEW episodes only. It records all shows new and old if it shows on three different stations each one gets recorded. I may think about Hulu live

    The new view on my iPhone won’t automatically adjust if I reposition my phone. Can’t find a setting to change that will allow my iPhone to do so anymore.

  • Same ads over & over & over again

    Omg, I’m trying to watch ‘My 600 lbs Life’ and the same ad for Bill Maher keeps showing up. I feel like I have it memorized. This is just an example. Same ads show up fpr a series on any channel. I can’t do it anymore. I’m going crazy. This is just one example. Then when I’m done with a housewife series, an automatic series starts which is the same one every freaking time. I’m so tired of it. If a series ends just stop playing, don’t automatically start the same series. I’m going to can el YouTube TV because when I also click on my series, it no linger marks what I watched, so I have memorized all the showtimes on the days and that’s how I can guess. It used to be redlined and I could tell what I already watched. Also, don’t get me started when it’s sports season and all the spork channels appear where I have to skip the all.
