I’ve had this app for 2 yrs and now upgraded to Lifetime license; we have two Teslas & it handles data for both very well. We use the data to understand our efficiency, charge use at home, reconciliation with our elec company, etc…very useful; one item we’d like is to see each cars trip details instead of choosing but this is minor. If you have a Tesla, great app to have.
  • Apple Watch support not very good.

As the title suggests, this app does not seem to play well with the Apple Watch. It did in the past but over the last few months it's gotten progressively worse to the point where it sometimes doesn't work at all on the watch. This is especially bothersome for me since I use it mainly to turn on the climate control when I don't have my phone with me. Update: The problems have gotten even worse over the last couple of months with the watch. This appears to be due largely to login issues with Tesla. I wish it would go back to the way it was a year ago when it was somewhat reliable.
  • Expensive but worth it

My only complaint recently is that the Safety Score dashboard that showed analytics on how to improve your safety score is gone recently. Not sure if that was more so because of Tesla removing their ability to read that data or something, but that alone was worth the cost of this app for me because it helped me reduce my monthly insurance costs pretty significantly. Without it I’ve been finding it much more difficult to recover from a bad drive that was affecting my insurance. Otherwise this is a solid app with all its other features I just really with the safety score would come back.
  • Not bad but it constantly logs me out

Automatically logs me out — annoying
  • Still Useless

You can’t hide the fact that this app is useless by trying to blame the user on older versions of the app. I update my apps daily, and if I am using an older version of the app, the developer has not submitted the version to Apple, or the version has not been approved yet. I have used this app for several years, and it has been useless since day one, and every version of the app since. I should not have to reach out to your apps support to open the frunk or the trunk or any other “feature” this app states it provides. The replies to other user’s negative reviews tells me everything I need to know about the developers of this app, and even more reason to try to warn others users from mistakenly purchasing this app.

Very happy with the app overall. Had one small issue and it was resolved very quickly. Great customer service. I’d recommend it to any Tesla owner.

I’ve had this app for years. I use it for all the functions I need (open frunk, trunk, charge port, lock, etc., mostly from my watch. I also use it informational purposes such as charging stats, which I record in a database. I also monitor the health/status of the battery. Recently, the Complication has been absent from the watch. It wasn’t even showing as an option to add, even though the app worked fine if opening it from the app view. I finally contacted support, and they gave me steps to follow to get it back where I wanted it. All within a short period of time. Bottom line is that I find it to be a great app. For those who have issues, I suggest contacting support to have them help resolve them.
  • Extremely Useful

The real-world/current battery/efficiency stats are insightful and the ability to make a 4-camera composite dashcam video is a great bonus.
  • Great App, Great Support

I installed this App when I got my X two years ago. Excellent integration with my Apple Watch. I noticed this morning that the model X range that usually appears on the lower right of my watch face was missing. I sent an email to Stats support, and received a response with the solution within 5 minutes. Now working 100%. Outstanding support, worth the price.
