Bummed out - my Frameo worked great until a few months ago. One morning my Frameo indicated it was offline. I tried everything to reconnect. I went online and followed some YouTuber’s tips, still no success. I also read some reviews from other owners that indicated the same thing happening around the same time. It was as if some change in the software occurred in the main office and none of us can get them back. Seems pretty fishy to me.

Newest update is garbage. The app freezes and shuts down constantly. Cannot add new photos. 🫤

I gifted a frameo frame to my grandparents who live in a different country than us and constantly update with tons of pictures for them to look through. It’s a great way to share memories with them in an easy display from so far!

It is so nice to see pics that we enjoy! And it is so easy to add or change pics! The added bonus is sharing pics with others on their frames!! Love it

My frame you randomly shuts off sometimes. I have to unplug it, wait and then it works again. Don’t upgrade to the latest version of the app, it crashes every single time we try to load a picture. So now it’s useless.
