I just downloaded the app the other day I’m playing some of the songs there are about 1500 songs total. I see some popular artist are not included. I assume this has to do with royalties. Hoping that additional songs will be added in the future, especially 1970s classic rock style and even more folk.

I am a advanced beginner and have taken lessons in the past. I find Justin’s lessons to be very helpful and easy to understand. It is a great value for the cost. It allows you to absorb learning at your own pace.

This was an very disappointing experience when I was tuning it with my dead grandpa’s guitar the string snapped and I had just put new strings on it literally 5 minutes before me tuning it with the apps tuner

Before I got this app, I knew the e chord and that was it. But about a month and a half after that, I can now play all the major chords, some minor chords, and stuck 3 and 4 chords. Almost all of my favorite songs are on here, and I can play most of them easily. Totally recommend.

I’m not a huge fan of it… it is a good app just not my cup of tea

I decided to start playing guitar at 30 years old. My dad recommended that I check out the Justin Guitar YouTube channel. I learned from his free videos for about a week and then decided to try the app. Since starting with the app I have made more progress than I thought possible. Being able to play with a backing track and have the notes come across the screen has been a lot of fun. The timed daily exercises are great reinforcement. I’ve only been playing for a month and I’m very pleased with the progress I’ve made so far. Justin is a great teacher, I would recommend this app to any beginner guitarist.

Justin is an amazing guitar teacher in this program has improved my guitar playing greatly in a very short period of time.

Just is annoying that u have to pay

To expensive if you’re just looking for how to play the different songs. You should have one just for song instruction like you have on YouTube and that’s it maybe make that 2999 a year. Just that and none of the other stuff. That’s the only reason I gave three stars. When I finally discovered that there were people on YouTube, that would show you the chords to a lot of of the songs that you’ve always wanted to play. Songs like from the bands you grew up with and loved back in the late 60s and 70s like Zeppelin and Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, etc.. and one of the guys that I really liked and latched on too was Justin. It was so cool that he was showing lick by lick right where to put your fingers. It was incredible and you could learn so fast. All the songs I thought I knew I was not playing them right and now I play them right lick my lick. I’m on a fixed income now and I can’t afford to pay the large prices just to learn songs even though I love playing the guitar and have since I was a little teeny kid in the second grade, listening to stepping wolf and the animals, and trying to learn how to play their songs. So just how about lowering your yearly fees for just showing how to play songs. And save the big packages for the one where you do song theory or music theory and picking and all that other stuff.
