I had a paid subscription. I upgraded my iPhone. When I logged bag in to the app all (more than 20) but 1 pic and 1 video was gone.

I’ve reached out several times with no answer. They deleted my account with no warning and all my photos are gone. My subscription is paid for a year and I can’t get any answers.

Honestly its great I should have payed before deleting the photos I wanted to keep and only bc it was asking for me to pay and I should have payed its so secretly hidden it’s incredible thank you for being great honestly thank you!! I keep hiding my stuff thank you so much!!

I use to like this app until it started acting crazy. It stop backing up my files then started missing files then claimed my storage was full but I pay for premium cloud. I have reached out for assistance to resolve this issue but no luck. Where do s the good customer service at? Why u can’t just fix this app and get me going especially after I have sent you screenshots of it telling you the issue. I believe all my files have been deleted or Lost. Sign Mr Aggravated. It still works when it want to this is a 30-40% shot when you purchase this app but remember it will lose some files.

Terrible

Not happy about it , since I have been losing my photos and videos randomly. Can’t understand the reason behind that .

The app lost all of my photos after 2 years and the backup feature, despite saying it was working, was not and so no backups.
