    I was using google chat until today when I got a text message from friend and then it logged me out. I kept trying and trying to get it back but it would not work it said it disabled my account for good. That’s why I’m going JV to put bad reviews on all google apps also google chat is so stupid

    I have a volunteer group of around 40 that used to use FaceBook messenger. I advocated to make the change to Google chat for a more professional environment. However, the below points make me wonder if I should’ve transitioned the team from FaceBook messenger to begin with. 1) The messages on the mobile app have huge gaps in between and it is difficult to read. This issue has existed for months and has not been fixed. 2) Reactions to messages don’t provide a notification. 3) Polls do not work that well. Votes sometimes do not get registered. A new vote doesn’t bring the poll to the latest messages to keep the group updated. 4) Personalized photos cannot be used for group chats. This app has the potential and I don’t want to give it up just yet. Hoping that updates will be made in the near future to address these points!

    It often glitches when you send a message and it takes a minute. When you wanna send a video, you can’t send a video that’s even one minute. I have another app called iMessage and you can send 30 minute vidoes! This app can’t really send photos or videos, and when you try, it takes a very long time and most of the time doesn’t even work. And when you scroll to the top, it lags. It always lags.
