This is not a review but possible suggestion or recommendation. When I'm writing in my journal/diary, I use shortcuts and abbreviations and it's annoying when Grammarly keeps popping up with suggestions and corrections. I'm trying to keep my journal/diary short and simple. I'm the only one with access to it.

No costumer service. The software changes without your consent. There’s a BETA option that activates without you select it and does not offer the same functionality as the regular software and service. Since you cannot reach costumer services just “open a ticket” (claim) they usually take over a week to respond. So if you are in a hurry, on due dates or simply busy you would not have someone to help. Then at the time and day of their choosing they will pop-up on your emails. So if you want to be help you need to drop everything for them. BEWARE YOU ARE PAYING A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUT FOR SERVICE. It isn’t free. Their AI could turn a bit condescending and hostile.
