    When I try and open the app all I get is a black screen and nothing happens.

    When filing a claim I noticed that cut-and-paste is disabled. This was annoying. If I’m collecting information from other sources I shouldn’t have to retype from scratch.

    The worst insurance company treats its employees badly. They stopped the insurance on my car without informing me. There are 16 days remaining and I think I have insurance. When I called them, they said they stopped your membership for no reason.

    I always have to google the website. The app has never accepted my payment. I submit my payment and it always goes back to add banking account when it has already been done.

    App will not allow entry of codes or advance the screen after code to reset password is emailed. Screen locks up with keypad displayed and no enter or continue option available.

    I hate this app. It doesn’t let you reset your password because it won’t let me enter the verification code. Progressive was way better than this. I’m changing insurances.

    Cannot reset password after registering (whatever reason says my account info is wrong)- but cannot get out of number pad to continue without resetting password. A very silly and minor issue that makes a big difference in app functionality. PLEASE FIX.
