Never works. Choppy video. Total fraud APP!

Terribly inconsistent

I didn't pay $15 to watch Ads and then not be able to watch the actual games 🤷‍♂️

I have subscribed to this app for a few years now as I have teenage kids that play high school sports-and few and far between does it work. If it were at all consistent I wouldn’t mind paying the exorbitant price per month, but it is a consistent disappointment. It frequently experiences “technical difficulties” & the game doesn’t stream or record. Ive even turned it on to find it on the wrong, empty soccer field. The only reason I gave it two stars is that it will occasionally work when I am out of town & want to watch one of my kids games.

Signed up to watch playoff soccer. None of our games were actually carried. To top it off, 2 days after signing up using a credit card I never use, over $1,000 was charged at Walmart.com and another $750 charge was declined. Scam, scam, scam!

Not only is the app horrible because it would constantly stop which forced me to start a game over from the beginning, but who are these announcers? They were so extremely biased towards one side and flat out insulting and disparaging to the other team. I had to mute it.

I’ve used NFHS on a few different occasions over the years and my experience has been this; the coverage is spotty (weird camera angles or placed where part of the field is blocked), stream can be iffy, and canceling is a nightmare. When your customer service page has 9 articles and one of them is for cancellation that’s not a good sign. I signed up on the website and primarily use the app. You would think you could cancel on the app where it says “Manage my subscription” nope. You have to cancel from the website, not a big deal at face value. However, I can’t log in to the website because the email listed on my app profile can’t be found. To me this all equates to garbage technology.

Missed the 4th quarter and overtime of a high school basketball game. Keeps saying video stream interrupted attempting to reconnect. Would not recommend getting the app or monthly subscription.

Every year this app freezes during live games and you have to restart it during timeouts and advertisements. I and countless others here in New Mexico missed the entire second half including overtime of our 5A state champ cuz of this janky network app. If I could give it negative stars I would. Every year this is something wrong with it and yet it's our only option.

Always seems to struggle at the most important times. Every time it goes to commercials it freezes and messes up the live stream that comes next.
