It’s okay. I migrated from Skype, and even though I had my frustrations with Skype, it was better than Teams. The only reason I used Skype before and now Teams is because it’s the only place my best friend’s parents let her communicate. If I had it my way, I wouldn’t use this headache of an app in the first place. When I’m texting my friend and she sends another message, it doesn’t show up. I have to back out of the chat and click her contact again for me to see the message. Also, when I sent her an image, it didn’t show up. It quite literally said the word “image”. Fine, I thought it was a one-time thing. No. This has happened about four times with videos and images. It’s the same thing with videos. It just says “video” without the actual video. I thought maybe the app needed an update. No. I closed the app and reopened it. Didn’t do anything. I backed out of our chat and clicked on her contact again. Still the same. I wish I knew how to fix this because this app is the only way we have communication, even if the only thing we can’t send is videos and images, it’s still really frustrating.

not reliable. Failed while attend an important meeting. If you don’t want to lose clients, lose job. Make sure using zoom and google meeting if for reliability. What happened to Microsoft today.

Teams is a great app for communicating with others, especially if you are an Apple user and the person you are contacting is an Android user, plus it can be downloaded on Laptops, Phones, Tablets, etc., while also great for its Meetings for work and stuff. Only problem that I find is that after a period of time, the app takes up to minutes just to get out of the loading screen and to the chat. Another thing I hate about the app is that it takes FOREVER, and sometimes it never loads if I want to see older messages, whereas the messages more recent just take me to that part at that time in the chat automatically. Would really appreciate if that was fixed. I mostly use Teams to text my best friend who is an Android user, while I am an Apple one, and as we roleplay together, call and chat, we use the app alot, so if this was patched, it would be much more easier for us <3 the Photo section under a person should also be categorized by Months or something similar so it’s easier to find older photos by only scrolling through the months of when those photos were taken. Pls try fixing this. Thanks.

When trying to translate chats from a friend,Teams fails miserably. Please fix this very important tool. At least with Skype, this was never a problem.

But now every day at work I have silently dropped calls. I’ll be talking. Suddenly I look down and the call silently ended on my end. I rejoin, talk some more, suddenly people are asking “is he still there?” And it’s not just me. Everyone at my company is seeing similar.

It’s a decent app but there’s a lot of bugs. For starters, I don’t receive notifications from someone who replies to my messages through their notifications. There’s also a delay for their messages to appear as we’re sending messages at the same time. I have to back out of the chat and refresh to see them which leads to inconsistencies in the conversation. Now as for receiving messages from someone in a computer, their emojis don’t show up. All I see is “image” and I noticed that this problem doesn’t apply to android phones which I’m curious about. Also please make photos that we send to each other permanent, the older photos eventually disappear as we send new ones.

You don’t get the experience of sending a message instantly. It lags even when the internet is fine. The words show up after 1-2s after typing them. Not to mention the video meeting, when I exit the app, there is no screen to take me back into the meeting interface. Jeez please fix. Let the programmers work
