    We use HoneyBook all day every day to book hundreds of events for our team of musicians around the world. I love that they listen and are always improving based on feedback from their clients. The customer service is absolutely the best around. Easy to reach, very knowledgeable and always eager to listen and problem solve together. Yes, there are features I wish they had (hopefully will be added someday soon) but overall I haven’t found any other competitor that even comes close to offering the capabilities and value that I have found with HoneyBook.

    I used to live HoneyBook, but in recent years it has become nearly impossible to use. They are constantly changing things and making them less functional. Updates are random, without warning and have no clear benefit.

    They promised me $5000 to $1000 per day. I never received one penny. Plus I was desperate and they took advantage of that.

    I did the trial after a great session with ChatGPT, who recommended it for my business. I created an account and once I clicked the verify email link, it stopped working. I chatted with HB and they told me to reset my password. I did, yet it would not take. I chatted again and asked if someone could call me, they did not. I opened it this am and it had my logo with the name Jane Smith. Suffice to say, if it is not working during the trial, it cannot work for my business.

    Someone recommended honeybook to me so I went online and did a free trial for a week before deciding to commit. It’s a little pricey so I was iffy but I thought to myself why not try it one year with my friend’s referral code. Unfortunately because I did the free trial, honeybook said they couldn’t honor the referral unless I had text proof I received the referral code before signing up. Since my friend had verbally referred it to me, I didn’t have that proof. Honestly the bad customer service was enough for me to go with another CRM instead. Obviously if they can’t honor something so simple as that I can only imagine their bad customer service would be an issue on the future.

    I like HoneyBook however I don’t like the hidden fees for when they deposit money into the account. I do wish that the platform was completely transparent with all fees, especially being that the monthly is over $30 and in some cases 50 bucks. Other than that it’s a easy way to streamline Customer service in a client process, but those fees get on my nerves. also, I would love more tools for marketing purposes as well.

    I signed up and paid for the annual subscription. When I tried to upload templates or edit the free ones, it directs me to download the app. I did. The app says my trial has expired…I paid for the annual subscription in January. It’s asking for my updated banking info…did that directly on the website over a month ago yet it’s asks every time I login. Mind you, I am unable to edit the templates in the app even though the website says “to edit download the app”. I go to the Help Center, it’s AI and says I cannot edit the templates. I’m disgusted at this point. Planning to request a refund and finding another platform

    We need an app for 5e iPad that’s native to iPads. The current app on iPad is sized for the iPhone and clunky on the iPad. We are all spending a ton each month on the service and fees, a small percentage of that can go towards developing a proper iPad app
