I tried to create and access my account, but every time I do so - multiple times since 4/1/2024 - I receive an error that says: “[w]e have encountered an internal system error. Please note that your order has been canceled. Sorry about the inconvenience.” Does anything work with this app? I, literally, cannot access anything. I log on and receive an immediately error. Why?

App supports basic functions. Otherwise it makes you open a browser. Their support process is a failure. Their dispute center is useless, the other two agencies update information when given accurate information, experian refuses to put any sort of critical thinking into their disputes just agreeing with incorrect information despite being given proof of what is incorrect on their reporting. They violate the fair credit reporting act and don’t do anything about it. Make sure you go to consumerfinance.gov and report them for incompetence.

I like Experian’s software except for two key issues, the monthly cost for the full service version, and the fact that it started coming up on my iPad monitor sideways. I could not resolve this and it drove crazy. So I dropped to a low cost version of Experian and went with a lower cost full meal deal with another service.

Experian shows that I’m at 699, the other two credit reports has me at 720 an 719, an I feel that Experian score should be as high as Transunion and Equifax.

FICO and Experian are only there to make sure you never get out of debt. I just paid off one of my cards and my score went DOWN 15 points! Vantage Score went up 3 points. You get positive results there when you do something right. With FICO and Experian you get penalized. 830 score with Vantage Score compared to 750 with FICO calculated using the same information! I
