Great app but like a lot of people are mentioning, we’re in the era now of CarPlay capable devices on bikes now. I just picked one up myself and saw that a good amount of other apps are on CarPlay. But riser isn’t. I like the app, but it definitely needs CarPlay in an update soon.

My first time using the app and it was amazing.

Doesn't have a way to offer plan a round trip. Offers lots of different rides but noting brings you all the way home point A to point B but I wanna see routes offered that bring me back home and I can choose how long I want to ride

Great for pausing when you take a brake. It will start when you start to move.

Super fun and easy to use! I love that you don’t have to pay for the basic features.

This app is very nicely put together, and I really like it as quite a bit of flaws, which caused me to end up having to go back to my other apps quite often. It’s simply won’t navigate through some roads for example Joshua tree national Park starting at west entrance. (This happens on a ton of roads fyi) Even if I put away point 10 feet it ends up saying it’s too far to navigate. Also, there’s no way to import a GPX file. I create a route on another app and export the GPX to do things like navigate through Joshua Park like I said above, but riser has no option to import a GPX file. This is a great start and we work for most rides. I would say, but if you’re trying to have one app To use for every ride, I don’t think this one is it quite yet.

This was an awesome app to use on a recent ride. The only thing I can suggest improving is a better way to report incorrect address addresses in the app, and adding some sort of local weather, especially rain forecast.

I absolutely am loving having a real time travel journal that allows me to add photos along the way and share! Worth every penny!!!

Overall, a great app. We use it regularly for group ride planning. Unfortunately, without CarPlay we can’t use it DURING our rides to navigate us. We plan in this app, and then have to “copy” it into Google or Apple Maps so we can get the turn-by-turn onto CarPlay. Won’t be renewing subscription, or rating 5 stars without that feature. And that stinks, cuz it would be great if we could actually use it.

I like the brief features seen so far. Unfortunately I cannot give top rating until purchase.
